Now just 399g, Midgard has dropped weight further this season while stepping up in durability. Built from 3-layer 45-denier SKJOLDR™ (the same proprietary fabric system used in our heaviest-duty shells) with mechanical 2-way stretch and a PFC-free DWR finish on a recycled nylon face. Midgard is the sweet spot between stripped-back minimalism and serious protection, now with the toughness to match.

Chest/Bust

With the tape under your armpit, measure across fullest part and across shoulder blades.

Waist

Measure around natural waistline at the narrowest part.

When to use. Climbing, trekking and mountaineering; designed for high-output activity in bad weather where breathability is as important as waterproofing and where weight matters.

SKJOLDR™. Our proprietary 3-layer fabric, now built into Midgard at 45-denier. Waterproof, windproof and highly breathable, with mechanical 2-way stretch and durability that goes beyond the outgoing Pertex® Shield Pro construction, at a lighter overall jacket weight.

Hood. Helmet-compatible with a mouldable laminated peak. Glove-compatible adjustable cords.

Zips & weather sealing. YKK® AquaGuard® VISLON® front zip with internal storm gasket. AquaGuard® pit zips for cooling.

Pockets. Harness and rucksack compatible hand pockets and chest pocket. Internal valuables stretch pocket fits most smartphones.

Cuffs. Hypalon® tabs with super sticky VELCRO™ and triple reinforced stitching.

Ethics & sustainability. Recycled nylon face fabric. PFC-free DWR treatment throughout.

Draw cords. No-loop, anti-snag hem draw cords.

Weight & fit. 399g (men's medium). Regular, streamlined, articulated fit with scoop drop back hem.

Care. Machine wash 30°C, gentle wash. Line dry / hang to dry. Do not tumble dry, do not iron, do not dry clean, do not bleach.
