About Jottnar

Jöttnar was founded by two former Royal Marine Commandos, both experienced skiers, climbers and alpinists with a deep passion for the mountains, and a shared vision to create technical outdoor apparel that could genuinely perform in the most demanding environments on earth. This meant drawing on hard-won experience from years of operating in challenging conditions and building garments tested not just in labs, but in some of the world's harshest environments. After years of development and refinement, Jöttnar has established itself as one of the most respected names in premium technical outerwear.

Our Alpine, Trekking, and Trail Running collections are trusted by alpinists, ski mountaineers, professional mountain guides and general outdoor enthusiasts alike. If you're heading into the mountains with Adventure Base, you're in the right hands - we’ll make sure you’re in the right kit too.
