Jöttnar was founded by two former Royal Marine Commandos, both experienced skiers, climbers and alpinists with a deep passion for the mountains, and a shared vision to create technical outdoor apparel that could genuinely perform in the most demanding environments on earth. This meant drawing on hard-won experience from years of operating in challenging conditions and building garments tested not just in labs, but in some of the world's harshest environments.
