The very first of its kind; a highly technical goose down jacket and world's first to feature expedition-grade Pertex® Quantum Pro outer fabric crafted from NetPlus® — 100% recycled fishing nets, fully traceable to their source. This tough, innovative, water-resistant fabric made this Fenrir highly durable. Delivering positive impact while upholding a decade-long legacy of exceptional cold-weather performance, unrivalled build quality, and an outstanding review pedigree.

The Fenrir boasts our optimum warmth-to-weight balance and 850 Fill Power DownTek™ hydrophobic down with a premium 93/7 down/feather ratio, the highest practically possible. DownTek™ down stays dry 10x longer and dries 3x quicker than standard down. Our ethical approach complies with the Responsible Down Standard, and our hydrophobic down uses bluesign®-approved clean chemistry for its water repellent treatment.

Synthetic fill placement optimised for neck and cuff moisture zones enhance performance. Jöttnar’s signature no-snag hem cords reduce risk of gear tangling. Technical stretch cuffs allow bulky gloves to be worn. A highly compressible package complete with separate stuff sack, that excels as both a midlayer and outer.

Toasty!

I bought this jacket for a trip to Finland in winter and even though this is a lightweight jacket it was plenty toasty for the -5° to -10° we were experiencing. Beautifully made with plenty of great details.

Beats the big names

First jacket from these guys replacing a very well worn Rab (8-9 years old).
Typically have defaulted to Arc for costs but the last few years there’s been such a decline in their quality.
Fit wise, a medium for me was spot on. 6”2, 39” chest, 33” waist.
Subtle features especially in the cuff are brilliant. Additionally the water resistance has held up even when strong winds present too.
Very hard to fault the jacket at all in fact.
You’ve got a new loyal customer for sure

Quality Kit

Lightweight and warm without the bulk. Fits well and if its seriously cold or wet can be worn under an outer without feeling restricted. Keeps dry after shower and dries quickly. When outside for period of time in the cold others are gibbering but Fenrir still toasty. It just works.
