JOTTNAR LTD. JOTTNAR x G-SHOCK UK PRIZE DRAW
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Promoter
1.1 The Promoter is JOTTNAR LTD., (“Promotor”).
1.2 This promotion is run in collaboration with Casio Electronics Co. Ltd. (“Prize Partner”).
2. Eligibility
2.1 The promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) aged 18 years or over.
2.2 Employees of JOTTNAR LTD., Casio Electronics Co. Ltd., their immediate families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion are not eligible to enter.
2.3 The Promoter reserves the right to verify eligibility.
3. Promotion Period
3.1 The promotion opens at 00:01 GMT on Saturday 28 February 2026.
3.2 The closing date is 23:59 GMT on Sunday 8 March 2026.
3.3 Entries received outside this period will not be valid.
4. How to Enter
4.1 To enter, participants must complete the official competition sign-up form on the JOTTNAR website during the Promotion Period.
4.2 Entrants must provide a valid email address.
4.3 Only one entry per person is permitted. Duplicate entries may be removed.
4.4 No purchase is necessary.
5. Marketing Consent & Data Protection
5.1 By entering the Competition, entrants consent to the collection, use and disclosure of their personal information for the purposes of administering the Competition and for the purposes of understanding the needs and preferences of individuals or to develop, enhance, market and/or provide products and services.
5.2 For the purposes of this Competition, you consent that JOTTNAR LTD. may collect, use and share personal information with its Prize Partner, Casio Electronics Co. Ltd. Both companies will treat your personal information in accordance with their privacy policies.
5.3 Entrants may withdraw marketing consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in emails or contacting the Promoter.
6. The Prize
6.1 There will be two (2) winners.
6.2 Each winner will receive:
- One (1) Casio G-SHOCK GG-B100XM-1A watch (RRP £369.00)
- One (1) Jottnar Grim Hardshell Jacket (RRP £549.00)
6.3 Total value per prize bundle: £918.00
6.4 Total promotion prize value: £1,836.00
6.5 Jacket size will be selected by the winner, subject to availability.
6.6 The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative will be offered.
6.7 If any prize component becomes unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute with a product of equal or greater value.
6.8 The Casio watch will be supplied with standard UK manufacturer warranty.
7. Winner Selection & Notification
7.1 Two winners will be selected at random from all valid entries on Monday 9 March 2026.
7.2 The draw will be conducted using a verifiable random selection method from the database of valid email entries.
7.3 Winners will be notified via the email address used to enter within 3 working days of the draw.
7.4 If a winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
7.5 The surname and county of the winners can be obtained by emailing info@jottnar.com within 30 days of the closing date, in accordance with CAP Code requirements. Winners may object to disclosure or request reduced disclosure where appropriate.
8. Prize Delivery
8.1 Prizes will only be delivered to UK addresses.
8.2 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for incorrect delivery details supplied by the winner.
8.3 Delivery timeframes are estimates only.
9. Liability
9.1 Insofar as permitted by law, JOTTNAR LTD. and Casio Electronics Co. Ltd. shall not be responsible for any loss, damage or injury suffered by any entrant arising from the promotion or prize, except where caused by negligence or fraud.
9.2 Nothing in these terms excludes statutory rights.
10. General
10.1 The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend or amend the promotion where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
10.2 The Promoter’s decision regarding any aspect of the promotion is final.
10.3 The promotion is governed by the laws of England & Wales and subject to the jurisdiction of the English & Welsh courts.
